This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was decorated beautifully with the owner’s own artwork; everything was super clean; and the space was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large with a great shower and oversized countertop to accommodate all my toiletries; the bed was nice and comfy; the large porch was a treat: and Richard & Steve thought of every detail - from makeup remover to honey for my tea to bedside clocks with built-in ports for cellphone chargers. The kitchenette was a nice treat too with a mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, bottled water, etc. The grounds were beautifully manicured as well; there was ample parking; and several restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk. I loved my stay here and would recommend to everyone. I hope to return! Thanks, Richard & Steve, for a lovely getaway.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful immaculate home for 3 nights. Every detail was perfection, the suite immaculately kept. Richard, the proprietor, was the friendliest host we have ever encountered. Always available. The grounds of this home are breathtaking. The art on the walls magnificent! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This home cannot be beat. Close to everything yet quiet which is what we wanted. My husband and I hope to be back next year. Thank you again Richard for everything!

We loved loved loved our stay in this stunning home. We stayed in the King Charles suite, which was equipped with everything we needed. The private balcony was the perfect spot to sip wine at the end of a long day. The sheets were so nice and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

The Charleston is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area in Milton, De, a charming little town. The inn is gorgeous. It was designed by the owner, Richard Siess, and every detail is perfect. Richard is also an artist and his beautiful paintings grace the walls. Richard is very accommodating and easily accessible. I can't remember when my husband and I were as comfortable and slept so well away from home. Truly a delightful experience!
